No words can explain how incredible it is to have JEREMY ENIGK performing at The ICC. SUNNY DAY REAL ESTATE was the soundtrack of my teen years. When everyone was jocking Seattle grunge (yes, us included, we love Pearl Jam) SDRE was paving the way for todays current revival of indie-rock. They were the pioneers of the sound that later became what is known as Post Hardcore or Emo, but for us who grew up during this time, it didnt have a name to speak of. Bands like Embrace, Texas Is The Reason, Shudder To Think and another of our favorites Jawbox, were at the forefront of what is NOW the major influence in current music. JEREMY ENIGK playing at the ICC is the closest and most intimate show you could possibly want to imagine being in attendance for. This is a rare and unique chance to be part of one of those shows that Boston remembers for years and years...

As if we had to tell you LIFETIME will be playing at The ICC with THE BRONX on Monday July 10th!

Metalcore favorites, HASTE THE DAY and FLEE THE SEEN will be shredding The ICC stage on Friday June 9th!

CUTE IS WHAT WE AIM FOR are coming to The ICC with local major label signees BOYS LIKE GIRLS and hot new bands FORGIVE DURDEN and ALL TIME LOW!

DUSTIN KENSRUE lead singer of THRICE will be performing solo acoustic with BEN NICHOLS of LUCERO at The ICC on Friday July 28th!

A stacked deck for April... Coming into spring like pocket aces in a capped pre-flop family pot... we are bringing some serious shows to the table. Matt Pryor of Get Up Kids fame will be performing with his longtime project THE NEW AMSTERDAMS along with Augustana and Diamond J and the Rough, at the Middle East upstairs, Monday April, 10th.
ANTI-FLAG is headlining a great tour with The Unseen, Casualties and Smoke or Fire on Tuesday April, 11th at Club Lido, just a few steps from the wonderland t-stop.
THE HORRORPOPS our favorite rock-a-billy darlings are taking to the ICC stage along with The Briefs and Left Alone on Saturday April 22nd, get your tickets NOW!

The Best Band You've Never Heard! Just when you think the ICC only does sell out shows for mammoth bands we sneak in one of the most intimate performances by a band that no one knows but everyone should. This band being MARGOT AND THE NUCLEAR SO AND SO'S. 40 people in a cozy, candle lit room, packed softly on a beautiful oriental rug inches away from what would be an 8 piece explosion of sound that sent shards of words and melodies through us like we were playing war and they held all the aces. It was stated best by one of the people attending the show "I have been to sold out shows at the ICC, but this show is better than them all". I cant describe how much this band made an impact on everyone there, its like we were hit by lightning bolts, we can all say we shared something unique and special.

*HOPE CON VENUE CHANGE* The Hope Conspiracy/Paint It Black show scheduled for February 11th at The ICC will now be taking place at Club Lido, 1290 North Shore Road in Revere MA, just steps away from the Wonderland T-stop on the Blue line and will be a little earlier with doors at 3pm. The event has ben moved due to the scheduling of the ICC's annual Valentines gathering and piano recital. So, get out to Lido, its real easy to get to, its quicker than getting to allston and it has tons of parking!

Recently The pastoral team of the ICC went to Africa where they came home with unbelievable stories of faith and hope in one of the poorest and most dangerous countries in the world, The Democratic Republic of Congo. One of our church members stayed and is now doing missions work there and making a difference. We all feel passionately about changing the extreme poverty and inescapable horror for women and children in parts of Africa. The non existence of any type of assistance from government has lead to rebel groups and militias from neighboring countries invading small peaceful villages. The people of these communities are robbed of what little they have. They face brutal murders of men and children, rape and mutilation of women and unspeakable other atrocities. We have the chance to change some of these peoples lives, so we will be raising money to build hospitals, schools and to help with providing food to them. We will be hosting a series of benefit concerts with all proceeds going to aid the progress of these much needed necessities.

This year SOULFEST has a special stage that is hosting bands such as Stretch Armstrong, Dead Poetic, Haste The Day and Pillar as well stages with chart topping artists like Toby Mac, Jars of Clay and Rebecca St. James. The "EPIC" party is being constructed and will be held on Sunday, September 4th 2005 (Monday is Labor day, no school or work!). All information including location and lineup will be made available very soon. If you miss the days of the Primary parties like "Electric & Baby Blue", you will find this to be truley EPIC!

We would like to send a big thank you to everyone who came out to see 7 Seconds and Champion, it was an amazing night full of positive bands and non-stop energy.

Thanks to everyone who braved the blizzard and came out to Roxy to see DANZIG & DOYLE perform together for the first time in over 20 years. It was a legendary night for boston music and the closest we will ever come to seeing a Misfits reunion.
